I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arriving at the terrace, we were not greeted by anyone, nor were we informed that we needed to find our own table and get our drinks from the bar ourselves. When I asked a waitress to clean the filthy table, she said she would call someone, but nobody ever came. Inside the restaurant, the food was inedible. I ordered a simple Caesar salad, but it was excessively salty. Despite mentioning this to two waitresses, no effort was made to rectify the situation, even though I barely touched my plate. After the meal, the staff cleared items from our table, even going as far as lifting our phones to remove things underneath, while we were still seated and finishing our bottle of wine. While the setting is generally beautiful both on the terrace and in the restaurant, the service, the staff, and the overall experience were awful. Additionally, it is extremely overpriced for what you get.

Hello, I come since 20y and the place is so nicely decorated. only issue yesterday is that the ceviche was not great, too much of a soup lookalike and not enough fish and taste. the rest was very good. regretting to have not seen Minuty on the menu. service was ok. Very strange system with the toilets, having to beg for a pink card each time we need to go and only 1 card for the table, not very pleasant. however will be back next year again
